Sisters Tess and Jamie have just downsized to a studio apartment above a pizza place in Brooklyn after Jamie’s latest failed audition. After a lifetime of feeling invisible next to a sister who exhausted their parents’ time and energy, Jamie is desperate to prove she’s a somebody, and has vowed to achieve fame no matter the cost.

 

And then Tess’s TikTok account blows up after a viral storytime talking about the ghost she believes inhabits the pizza place. Jamie sees her shot at stardom. Tess sees a chance to prove she’s not delusional; ghosts are real. And together the sisters launch a ghosthunting channel.

 

However, unbeknownst to Tess, Jamie is staging all the hauntings and using her in hopes it’ll get her the attention she craves. But when Tess’s popularity continues to rise, resulting in sponsorship deals and even a new boyfriend, all while Jamie stays stagnant, her jealousy reaches a boiling point. The next haunting Tess chooses, Jamie won’t stage a thing, leaving her to look like a fraud.

 

Unfortunately for Jamie, that next haunting is real.

 

When the supernatural takes over the superficial, Jamie and Tess find their sisterhood challenged and their lives at stake, trapped with ghosts deadlier than they ever imagined. As the film crew struggles to survive the night, the cameras stay rolling, leaving the world to watch as they either become real ghosthunters or ghosts themselves.
